◆ 노사민정협의회 본회의 개최

홍성군 노사민정협의회는 3일 홍성군청 회의실에서 2025년 본회의를 개최했다. 노동자대표, 사용자대표, 민간, 지자체 등 각계 위원들이 참석했다. 참석자들은 지역 노사민정 상생협력 사업과 일자리사업 추진실적을 공유했다.

◆ 공동선언문 채택

회의에서 근로자 고용안정 및 산업재해 없는 안전한 일터 실현을 위한 공동선언문을 채택했다. 선언문은 상생의 노사문화 형성, 성실근로, 안전기준 준수를 담았다. 정당한 임금 지급 이행과 안전한 근로환경 조성도 포함했다. 지역사회 차원의 관심과 동참을 통한 노사갈등 예방, 근로기준법과 산업안전법 준수 확립을 위한 인식확산 사업 지속추진 내용도 명시했다.

◆ 내년도 운영계획 심의

참석자들은 2026년 노사민정협의회 운영계획 안건을 심의 의결했다. 지역노사민정 상생협력 지원사업 공모 안건도 심의했다. 노사민정협의회 추진사업에 대한 건의 사항도 논의했다.

이용록 홍성군수는 "임금체불 없는 건전한 노동환경과 산업재해 없는 안전한 일터는 지역경제와 군민 삶을 지키는 필수 요소"라고 말했다. 이 군수는 "노사민정이 함께 책임감을 가지고 실천해 나간다면 우리 군의 고용환경은 더욱 안정되고 긍정적으로 변화할 것"이라고 강조했다.

Hongseong-gun Labor-Management-Government Council held its 2025 general meeting at Hongseong-gun Office conference room on December 3. ◆ Joint Declaration Adopted

The meeting adopted a joint declaration to realize worker employment stability and a safe workplace free of industrial accidents. The declaration included forming a culture of labor-management coexistence, diligent work, and compliance with safety standards. It also included thorough implementation of legitimate wage payments and creation of a safe working environment. The declaration specified prevention of labor-management conflicts through regional community interest and participation, and continued promotion of awareness projects to establish compliance with the Labor Standards Act and Industrial Safety Act.

◆ Next Year's Operation Plan Deliberated

Participants deliberated and resolved the 2026 Labor-Management-Government Council operation plan. They also deliberated on the regional labor-management-government cooperation support project competition agenda. Suggestions regarding projects promoted by the Labor-Management-Government Council were also discussed.

Hongseong-gun Governor Lee Yong-rok said, "A sound labor environment without wage arrears and a safe workplace without industrial accidents are essential elements to protect the regional economy and the lives of residents." Governor Lee emphasized, "If labor, management, civil society, and government practice together with a sense of responsibility, the employment environment in our county will become more stable and change positively."
