◆ 하반기 정기회의 개최
홍성군의약정협의회가 지난 3일 하반기 정기회의를 개최했다. 이번 회의에는 조성욱 홍성군의약정협의회 회장(연합의원 원장), 이용록 홍성군수, 정영림 보건소장이 참석했다. 의사회·치과의사회·한의사회·약사회 회장 및 임원 등 지역 보건의료 관계자들도 함께했다.
◆ 2026년 보건의료정책 논의
참석자들은 2026년 시행 예정인 주요 보건의료 정책 준비 방안을 집중 논의했다. 논의 안건은 필수의료 강화를 위한 지역의료 협력체계 구축, 만성질환 예방관리사업 확대, 디지털 헬스케어 도입, 고령사회 대비 재가의료 및 방문진료 활성화, 지역사회 통합돌봄 참여 방안 등이다. 협의회는 부정 의료행위 방지 및 불량 의약품 판매 근절을 위한 자율정화 활동에도 적극 참여할 방침이다.
◆ 이웃돕기 성금 기탁 및 향후 계획
협의회는 연말을 맞아 이웃돕기 성금 200만원을 기탁했다. 성금은 홍성군 사회복지공동모금회를 통해 관내 의료취약계층 및 저소득 가정에 전달된다. 이용록 홍성군수는 "홍성군의약정협의회는 공공기관인 보건소와 민간 의료단체가 함께 지역 보건의료 발전을 도모하는 공공-민간 협력의 모범 사례"라고 말했다. 이 군수는 "민·관 협력을 통해 군민 건강 증진과 의료 서비스 향상에 최선을 다하겠다"고 밝혔다. 한편 협의회는 올해 홍성글로벌바비큐페스티벌에 의료지원 인력을 파견하고 의약품을 지원하는 등 지역행사에도 적극 협력했다.

◆ Second-Half Regular Meeting Held
The Hongseong County Medical and Pharmaceutical Council held its second-half regular meeting on December 3. Chairman Cho Seong-wook (Director of Yeonhap Clinic), Hongseong County Governor Lee Yong-rok, and Public Health Center Director Jeong Yeong-rim attended the meeting. Presidents and executives from the Medical Association, Dental Association, Korean Medicine Association, and Pharmaceutical Association also participated.
◆ Discussion on 2026 Healthcare Policies
Participants discussed preparation measures for major healthcare policies scheduled for implementation in 2026. Agenda items included establishing regional medical cooperation systems to strengthen essential healthcare, expanding chronic disease prevention and management programs, introducing digital healthcare, activating home medical care and visiting treatment services for an aging society, and community integrated care participation plans. The council plans to actively participate in self-purification activities to prevent illegal medical practices and eliminate sales of substandard medicines.
◆ Donation for Neighbors and Future Plans
The council donated 2 million won for neighbors in need at year-end. The donation will be delivered to medically vulnerable groups and low-income families in the county through the Hongseong County Community Chest of Korea. Hongseong County Governor Lee Yong-rok said, "The Hongseong County Medical and Pharmaceutical Council is an exemplary case of public-private cooperation where the public health center and private medical organizations work together to promote regional healthcare development." Governor Lee added, "We will do our best to improve residents' health and medical services through public-private cooperation." Meanwhile, the council actively cooperated with local events this year, dispatching medical support personnel and providing medicines at the Hongseong Global BBQ Festival.
