충청남도천안교육지원청은 16일 관내 유‧초‧중‧고등학교 특수교사 32명을 대상으로 '디지털 기반 수업 혁신을 위한 열린배움터 활용 배움자리'를 운영했다.
천안교육지원청은 특수교사의 디지털 교수·학습 역량을 강화하고 장애학생 맞춤형 수업의 질을 높이기 위해 이번 연수를 마련했다. 연수는 '열린배움터' 플랫폼을 활용한 수업 설계와 실천 방안을 중심으로 진행됐다.
상계고등학교 최진영 교사, 국립특수교육원 최중원 연구사, 열린배움터 엄흥섭 수석 등 3명이 강의를 맡았다. 강사들은 실제 수업 사례와 디지털 도구 활용법을 공유했다. 인공지능(AI)과 디지털 콘텐츠를 접목한 특수교육 수업 모델을 제시했다. 학생 참여 중심의 학습 환경 조성을 위한 전략을 소개했다.
연수에 참여한 한 특수교사는 "열린배움터를 직접 활용해보면서 수업 아이디어를 구체화할 수 있었다"고 말했다. 이 교사는 "특수교육 현장에서도 실질적으로 도움이 되는 연수였다"고 밝혔다.
차덕환 교육장은 "디지털 전환 시대에 발맞춰 특수교사들이 학생의 다양성을 존중하며 창의적인 수업을 실천할 수 있도록 적극 지원하겠다"고 말했다. 차 교육장은 "앞으로도 특수교육의 질적 성장을 위한 연수를 지속적으로 추진하겠다"고 밝혔다.

A special education teacher who participated in the training said, "I was able to materialize class ideas by directly using the Open Learning Platform." The teacher stated, "It was training that was practically helpful in the special education field."
Education Superintendent Cha Deok-hwan said, "We will actively support special education teachers to practice creative classes while respecting student diversity in line with the digital transformation era." Superintendent Cha stated, "We will continue to promote training for the qualitative growth of special education."
