부여군은 지방소멸대응기금으로 추진 중인 주요 사업이 연차별 계획에 맞춰 안정적으로 추진되고 있다고 밝혔다.
부여군에 따르면 2022~2023년에 착수한 사업군은 평균 80% 내외의 집행률을 기록하며 마무리 단계에 들어섰다. 2024년 사업군은 약 50% 수준의 집행률 속에서 설계·인허가·착공 및 운영 준비를 병행하며 정상 추진 중이다.
농촌근로자 기숙사 건립 사업은 현재 집행률이 약 90%에 이른다. 부여군은 10월 1일 준공식을 마쳤다. 잔여 예산은 시설 보강과 초기 운영 안정화에 재투입할 계획이다.
도농 교류 플랫폼 '부여 서울농장' 활성화 사업과 귀농·귀촌 유입 및 정착 프로그램은 이미 전액 집행을 완료했다. 부여군은 운영 전환과 후속 관리 단계에 들어섰다. 백마강변 반산저수지 실감형 디지털 테마파크 조성 사업은 주요 콘텐츠 구축을 사실상 마무리 중이다. 백마강 123사비 청년공예마을 활성화, 공립 치매전담형 종합요양시설 건립, 규암나루 청년 임대주택 조성, 스마트농업 실습농장 조성 등도 사업 특성에 맞춘 공정 조정과 품질 확보에 중점을 두고 단계적으로 추진되고 있다.
2025년 지방소멸대응기금 사업으로 확정된 우리아이 동행마루, 부여 서울농장 고도화 굿뜨래스토리팜 조성은 지난해 말 기금 심의를 통해 이미 선정됐다. 현재 부지 검토, 행정협의, 기본구상 수립 등 사전 이행 절차가 순차적으로 진행되고 있다.
부여군은 집행률 관리에 그치지 않고 공사 추진의 안정성과 향후 활용 단계까지 고려한 운영 구조를 병행해 지역 주민이 체감할 수 있는 성과를 도출하겠다는 방침이다.
부여군 관계자는 "정주 환경, 주거, 돌봄, 청년 활동 등 생활 기반을 균형 있게 확충해 기금의 실효성을 높이겠다"고 말했다. 관계자는 "2026년 기금 확보도 예산 절차와 사전 협의 단계부터 체계적으로 준비할 것이며 필요한 행정 대응에는 총력을 기울이겠다"고 밝혔다.

Buyeo County plans to not only manage execution rates but also produce results that local residents can feel by paralleling an operation structure that considers construction promotion stability and future utilization stages.
A Buyeo County official said, "We will enhance the effectiveness of the fund by expanding living infrastructure such as settlement environment, housing, care, and youth activities in a balanced manner." The official stated, "We will systematically prepare for securing the 2026 fund from the budget procedure and preliminary consultation stage, and will make every effort in necessary administrative responses."
