검찰이 성범죄 전력으로 전자발찌를 부착하고도 지인의 자녀를 강제 추행하고 보복 목적으로 무고한 50대를 구속 기소했다. 청주지검 충주지청은 성폭력범죄의 처벌 등에 관한 특례법 위반(13세 미만 미성년자 강제추행) 등 혐의로 A씨(57)를 구속 기소했다고 6일 밝혔다.
A씨는 2024년 4~5월 지인 B씨의 주거지 마당에서 당시 10세에 불과했던 B씨의 딸을 3차례 강제 추행한 혐의를 받는다. A씨는 B씨가 이 사건을 경찰에 고소하자 같은 해 9월 B씨가 자신의 아내 D씨(39)를 3차례 강간했다고 허위 고소한 혐의도 있다. A씨는 과거 미성년자 강간 등 혐의로 징역 10년을 선고받고 복역한 전력이 있다.
D씨는 무고 혐의로 재판에 넘겨졌다. D씨는 B씨가 200만 원을 편취했다고 허위 고소하고 또 다른 지인 1명이 자신을 5차례 강간했다고 2차례에 걸쳐 허위 신고한 혐의를 받는다. D씨는 지인들이 돈을 빌려주지 않거나 남편을 성범죄로 고소했다는 이유로 범행을 저지른 것으로 조사됐다. 검찰 관계자는 "억울한 사법 피해자를 발생시키는 무고 등 사법질서 저해 범죄에 엄정히 대응하겠다"고 밝혔다.

Mr. A is accused of forcibly molesting Mr. B's daughter, who was only 10 years old at the time, three times in the yard of acquaintance Mr. B's residence between April and May 2024. Mr. A is also accused of filing a false accusation in September of the same year claiming that Mr. B raped his wife Ms. D (39) three times after Mr. B reported the incident to police. Mr. A has a record of serving 10 years in prison for charges including rape of a minor in the past.
Ms. D has been referred to trial on false accusation charges.
