◆ 글로벌 리더십 캠프 2회기 운영

안산 신창중학교(교장 백재흠)는 지난 23일 2025 신창중 글로벌 리더십 캠프의 일환으로 자기관리 역량 강화를 통한 리더십 함양 캠프 2회기 프로그램을 3차시에 걸쳐 운영했다. 이번 활동은 1회기에 이어 진행된 심화 과정으로, 학생들이 자신의 행동을 점검하고 실천으로 이어지는 리더십 역량을 기를 수 있도록 구성됐다.

◆ 시간 관리 전략 실생활 적용

2회기 프로그램은 주도적인 선택과 실천을 중심으로 시간 관리 전략을 실제 생활에 적용하는 활동으로 진행됐다. 학생들은 개인 목표와 일상 속 행동을 연결해 점검하고, 우선순위를 설정하는 과정을 통해 자기관리의 중요성을 체감했다. 토의와 사례 나눔을 통해 서로의 생각을 공유하며, 문제 상황에서 스스로 해결 방안을 찾는 경험을 쌓았다. 이번 캠프는 학생 개개인의 특성과 생활 맥락을 반영한 참여형 활동으로 운영됐다.

◆ 지속적인 리더십 프로그램 지원 예정

백재흠 교장은 "자기관리 역량은 모든 리더십의 출발점"이라며 "이번 캠프를 통해 학생들이 스스로를 이해하고 주도적으로 성장하는 경험을 쌓아 자신의 꿈과 미래를 책임 있게 설계해 나가길 바란다"고 밝혔다. 신창중학교는 앞으로도 글로벌 리더십 캠프의 다양한 연계 프로그램을 통해 학생들이 배려와 존중을 바탕으로 한 리더십을 함양하고, 변화하는 사회 속에서 능동적으로 성장할 수 있도록 지속 지원할 계획이다.

Sinchang Middle School (Principal Baek Jae-heum) operated the 2nd session program of the leadership development camp through self-management competency enhancement over 3 periods on the 23rd as part of the 2025 Sinchang Middle School Global Leadership Camp. This activity was an advanced course following the 1st session, designed to help students check their behavior and develop leadership competencies that lead to practice.

Sinchang Middle School plans to continue supporting students to cultivate leadership based on consideration and respect and grow actively in a changing society through various linked programs of the Global Leadership Camp.
