실과소 평가에서 토지정보과를 최우수 부서로 선정했다. 건강증진과, 세정과는 우수 부서로 지정됐다. 읍면동 평가에서 동량면을 최우수, 중앙탑면과 문화동을 우수 부서로 각각 선정했다. 개인 부문에서는 감사담당관 송가현, 여성청소년과 이선형, 하수도사업소 김민호, 교현·안림동 임현진 주무관 4명을 우수 직원으로 선정했다.
◆ 부서평가 항목 지정·인센티브 연계해 제도 내실화 추진
충주시 이정인 감사담당관은 "자율적 내부통제는 사후 적발이 아닌 사전 예방 중심의 행정을 실현하는 핵심 제도"라고 밝혔다. 시는 부서평가 항목 지정과 인센티브 연계 등 관리·지원 체계를 강화해 시민 신뢰도를 높이고 투명하고 책임 있는 행정을 구현할 계획이다.

In the individual category, four officials received designation as outstanding employees: Song Ga-hyeon (Director of Auditing), Lee Seon-hyung (Women and Youth Department), Kim Min-ho (Sewer Project Office), and Im Hyun-jin (Gyohyeon and Anrim-dong).

Lee Jung-in, Director of Auditing at Chungju City, stated: "Autonomous internal control represents a core system for realizing proactive prevention-focused administration rather than post-detection." The city plans to strengthen management and support systems through department assessment designation and incentive linkage to increase citizen trust and implement transparent and accountable governance.
