◆ 공모전 성황리 마감, 시민 참여 확대

충주시의회(의장 김낙우)가 추진한 '제1회 충주시의회 숏폼 영상 공모전'이 6월 1일부터 10월 12일까지 진행되어 성공적으로 마무리됐다. 공모전에는 다양한 시민이 참여해 의정 활동을 새롭게 해석한 영상 작품을 제출했다.

◆ 심사 거쳐 7개 작품 선정

충주시의회는 작품 접수 마감 후 24일간 심사를 진행했다. 심사위원회는 충주시의회 홍보대사 4명을 포함한 내외부 인사로 구성됐다. 최종 심사 결과 7개 작품을 수상작 및 공로상으로 선정했다. 1등 수상작은 '충주시의회? 뭐하는 곳?'이었다.

◆ 현직 시의원도 참여, 의회 SNS 활용

특히 공로상에는 현직 시의원인 정용학 운영위원장이 직접 참여해 눈길을 끌었다. 김낙우 의장은 시상식에서 "이번 공모전은 충주시의회가 시민과 새로운 방식으로 소통하기 위해 처음 시도한 의미 있는 행사"라고 평가했다. 수상작들은 충주시의회 SNS 등에 게시되어 의회의 활동과 긍정적 이미지를 알리는 자료로 활용될 계획이다.

Chungju City Council Strengthens Communication with Residents

The Chungju City Council (Chairman Kim Nak-woo) successfully concluded the "First Chungju City Council Short-Form Video Contest," which ran from June 1 to October 12. Various residents participated in the contest, presenting video works that reinterpreted legislative activities in new ways.

◆ Contest Concludes with Citizen Participation

The Chungju City Council held the judging process over 24 days following the deadline for submission. The judging committee was composed of internal and external judges, including four promotional ambassadors of the Chungju City Council. The final judging resulted in seven works being selected as award-winning entries and recognition awards. The first-place winning work was titled "Chungju City Council? What Do They Do?"

◆ Active Member Participates in Recognition Award

Notably, Jung Yong-hak, the current city councilor and chairman of the operations committee, directly participated and won a recognition award, drawing attention. Chairman Kim Nak-woo stated at the awards ceremony, "This contest was a meaningful inaugural event in which the Chungju City Council attempted to communicate with citizens in a new way for the first time." The award-winning works will be posted on the Chungju City Council's social media and other platforms to publicize the council's activities and positive image.
