오세현 아산시장, 맹의석 아산시의회 부의장, 김윤섭 복기왕 국회의원 수석보좌관, 신세균 아산교육지원청 교육장 등 주요 내빈과 장애인체육 관계자들이 참석했다. 행사에서는 장애인체육진흥사업 평가보고와 함께 유공자 표창이 진행됐다. 표창 대상은 아산시장 표창 5명, 아산시장애인체육회장 표창 2명, 아산시의회 의장 표창 1명, 복기왕 국회의원 표창 2명, 교육장 표창 1명, 체육발전기금 및 장학금 전달 5명 등으로 장애인체육 활성화와 저변 확대에 기여한 공로를 인정받았다.

신규 가맹단체 인준서 전달식(축구, 보치아)과 제31회 충청남도장애인체육대회 가맹단체 포상금 전달식이 함께 진행됐다. 오세현 아산시장은 "한 해 동안 장애인체육 발전을 위해 애써주신 아산시장애인체육회 임직원과 관계자 여러분께 감사드린다"며 "2026년에도 장애인체육이 더욱 성장할 수 있도록 적극 돕겠다"고 말했다.

The accreditation certificate presentation ceremony for new affiliated organizations (soccer and boccia) and the prize money distribution ceremony for affiliated organizations of the 31st Chungcheongnam-do Disabled Sports Games were held simultaneously. Asan Mayor O Se-hyun said, "I appreciate the executives, employees and relevant personnel of the Asan Disabled Sports Association for their efforts over the past year for the development of disabled sports," and added, "The city will actively support greater growth in disabled sports in 2026."
