교육공무직 파업 장기화…대전 교사단체 "대책 마련하라"
교육공무직 파업이 장기화하면서 대전지역 교사단체가 대전시교육청에 조속한 대책 마련을 촉구했다. 대전학교비정규직연대회의와 시교육청의 임금 교섭 결렬로 파업은 지난 6일부터 시작됐다. 대전 교육공무직원 현원 5417명 중 749명이 파업에 참가했으며, 이 가운데 유치원 방과후과정전담사는 79명이다.
대전시공립유치원교사 일동은 16일 공동 성명을 내고 "파업으로 발생한 모든 공백을 교사들이 대체하고 있다"며 "노사 갈등의 부담이 교사와 유아에게 전가되는 현 구조는 더 이상 지속 가능하지 않다"고 밝혔다. 대전시교원단체총연합회도 "파업 시 대체 인력 투입이 가능한 '학교파업피해방지법'을 제정하고, 파업 수습을 떠맡은 교사들에게 정당한 보상을 해야 한다"고 촉구했다.
