기상청은 오전까지 수도권과 강원 내륙·산지, 세종, 충북 북부를 중심으로 가시거리 200m 미만의 짙은 안개가 끼는 곳이 있다고 예보했다. 일부 지역에서는 이슬비와 안개가 얼어붙으면서 빙판길과 도로 살얼음이 발생할 가능성이 높다.
아침 최저기온은 -2~8도, 낮 최고기온은 5~14도를 오르내린다. 주요 지역 최저기온은 서울 2도, 춘천 0도, 대구 3도, 청주 4도, 강릉 5도, 부산 8도, 제주 11도다. 최고기온은 서울 7도, 춘천 7도, 청주 8도, 대전 9도, 강릉 9도, 광주 10도, 전주 10도, 대구 11도, 부산 13도, 제주 13도다.
동해중부 먼바다와 동해남부 북쪽 먼바다 중심으로 바람이 초속 9~16m로 매우 강하게 불고, 물결은 1.5~3.5m로 높게 일겠다.
전국 미세먼지 농도는 보통 수준을 보인다.

In some areas, freezing rain and fog create icy roads and black ice on roads with high probability.
