청양군이 농어촌기본소득 시범사업을 정상 추진한다. 충남도가 12월 15일 도비 30% 부담을 최종 결정했다. 청양군은 16일 이 결정을 발표했다.

청양군은 당초 국비 40%, 도비 10%, 군비 50%의 재원 구조로 사업을 준비했다. 정부가 국회 부대 의견을 근거로 도비 30% 부담을 국비 지원 조건으로 통보하면서 주민 신청 접수를 앞두고 사업 추진이 중단됐다.

충남도의 도비 30% 부담 결정으로 청양군은 도비 20%를 추가 확보했다. 새로운 재원 구조는 국비 40%, 도비 30%, 군비 30%다. 재정 기반이 안정화됐다.

김돈곤 청양군수는 "충남도의 결정을 환영한다"며 "농촌 정책 전반에 대한 신뢰 회복의 중요한 계기"라고 말했다. 김 군수는 "행정부지사, 정무부지사, 기획조정실장 등 충남도 관계자들과 청양군의 입장을 지속적으로 전달했다"고 덧붙였다.

청양군은 조만간 중단된 주민 신청 절차를 재개한다. 내년부터 2년간 매달 15만 원 상당의 지역사랑상품권을 지급한다.

청양군은 사업 추진 과정의 지역경제 효과와 군민 생활 안정 성과를 분석한다. 지속 가능한 농촌 정책으로 발전시킬 방안을 검토한다.

County Superintendent Kim Don-gon said, "We welcome South Chungcheong Province's decision. This serves as an important opportunity to restore confidence in rural policies overall." Superintendent Kim added, "We continuously conveyed Cheongyang County's position to senior officials including the Administrative Deputy Governor, Political Affairs Deputy Governor, and Director of Planning and Coordination."

Cheongyang County resumes the suspended resident application process shortly. The county distributes regional love vouchers valued at 150,000 won monthly for two years beginning next year.

Cheongyang County analyzes regional economic effects and improvements in residents' living standards throughout project implementation. The county examines measures to develop these into sustainable rural policies.
