◆ 260명 참가 1박2일 역량강화 교육

충남도 9-10일 보령 일원에서 충남해양수산인총연합회원 약 260명 대상 역량강화 교육 실시했다. 교육 해양수산 분야 자생단체 간 협력 확대와 정책·재난 대응능력 향상, 교육 프로그램을 통한 전문성 강화를 목표로 마련됐다.

◆ 실무 중심 교육 및 정책 토론

첫날 수산업 보험 정책 및 활용, 기후변화 대응 수산정책 방향, 해양사고 예방 및 관계 법령, 소상공인 금융 정책과 자금 활용 등 실무 중심 교육 진행됐다. 이어 수산정책 방향 질의응답과 도내 수산업 발전 방안 토론을 통해 참가자들 다양한 의견 공유했다.

◆ 연안정화 활동으로 환경개선 주도

둘째날 대천항 일원에서 연안정화 활동과 해양쓰레기 투기 근절 캠페인 진행해 탄소중립과 해양환경 개선에 대한 어업인의 사회적 책임 의식 높였다. 충남 관계자 "도내 수산인들 변화하는 정책환경에 선제적으로 대응하고, 미래 수산업 방향성을 함께 고민하는 의미 있는 자리였다"며 "앞으로도 해양수산 현장의 목소리를 반영해 실효성 있는 역량 강화 사업 지속적으로 추진하겠다"고 말했다.

충남해양수산인총연합회 2019년 7월 도내 해양수산 자생단체 연합해 설립된 단체로, 수산인 간 교류확대와 어촌경제 활성화를 위해 다양한 활동 추진하고 있다.

◆ 1-Night, 2-Day Competency Enhancement Training with 260 Participants

Chungcheongnam-do Province conducted competency enhancement training for approximately 260 members of the Chungcheongnam Marine and Fishery Personnel Association on September 9-10 in the Boryeong area. The training aimed to expand cooperation among self-supporting organizations in the marine and fishery sector, enhance policy and disaster response capabilities, and strengthen expertise through various educational programs.

◆ Practice-Focused Training and Policy Discussion

On the first day, practice-focused training covered fisheries insurance policies and applications, directions of fisheries policy in response to climate change, marine accident prevention and related laws, and small business financial policies and fund utilization. Subsequently, participants shared diverse opinions through question-and-answer sessions on fisheries policy direction and discussions on methods for developing fisheries in the province.

◆ Leading Environmental Improvement through Coastal Cleanup Activities

On the second day, costal cleanup activities and campaigns to eliminate marine waste dumping were conducted in the Daecheon Port area, raising fishermen's awareness of social responsibility regarding carbon neutrality and marine environmental improvement. A Chungcheongnam-do official stated, "This training provided a meaningful opportunity for fishermen in the province to proactively respond to changing policy environments and collectively consider the direction of the future fisheries industry," adding, "We will continue to pursue competency enhancement projects that reflect voices from the marine and fishery field and produce tangible results."

The Chungcheongnam Marine and Fishery Personnel Association was established in July 2019 by uniting self-supporting marine and fishery organizations in the province and continues to implement various activities to expand exchanges among fishermen and revitalize the rural fishing community economy.
