◆ 결핵관리 '장려' 평가 수상
음성군보건소가 결핵관리사업 우수기관 평가에서 장려상을 받았다. 충청북도가 주관한 2025년 결핵관리사업 우수기관 평가에서다. 지난 11일 개최된 평가대회에서 군 보건소 김슬기 주무관은 결핵 종합관리계획 수립을 통한 지역사회 결핵 관리 및 환자 지원, 교육 홍보 활동 등 실적을 인정받았다.
◆ 질병관리청장 표창 2명 수상
지난달 28일 열린 2025 감염병 관리 콘퍼런스에서 음성군보건소 담당자 2명이 질병관리청장 표창을 받았다. 감염병예방관리팀 김수용 주무관은 감염병 예방 공로로, 지자체 역학조사반 훈련 우수 참가자인 김경혜 주무관은 감염병 관리 실무 능력으로 표창을 받았다. 김수용 주무관은 3급·4급 법정감염병 관리 및 방역업무 전반을 담당하며 신속한 대응을 추진했다. 김경혜 주무관은 1급·2급 법정감염병과 조류인플루엔자 인체감염 예방 관리, 생물테러 대응 업무 등 고위험 감염병 관리에서 주도적으로 임무를 수행했다.
◆ "감염병 예방 최선 다할 것"
구미숙 음성군보건소장은 "지역사회 건강 증진을 위해 신속한 역학조사와 방역 활동, 철저한 예방 관리 사업을 적극 추진하고 감염병 예방 및 관리에 최선을 다하겠다"고 말했다.

◆ Receives commendation for tuberculosis management
Eumseong County Health Center received a commendation award in the 2025 Tuberculosis Management Excellence Institution Evaluation, held on the 11th. Kim Seul-gi, a senior official at the county health center, received recognition for implementing comprehensive tuberculosis management plans and providing patient support and educational promotion activities. Chungcheongbuk-do Province sponsored the evaluation.
◆ Two officials receive Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency Director's commendation
Two officials from Eumseong County Health Center received commendations from the Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency Director at the 2025 Infectious Disease Management Conference held last month. Kim Su-yong, senior official from the Infectious Disease Prevention and Management Team, received the commendation for contributions to infectious disease prevention. Kim Gyeong-hye, selected as an outstanding participant in local epidemiological investigation team training, received recognition for infectious disease management competency. Kim Su-yong oversees management of Class 3 and Class 4 infectious diseases and overall quarantine operations, promoting rapid response. Kim Gyeong-hye demonstrated leadership in managing Class 1 and Class 2 infectious diseases, avian influenza human infection prevention, and biological terrorism response operations.
◆ "We will do our best to prevent infectious diseases"
Gu Mi-suk, director of Eumseong County Health Center, stated: "We will actively pursue rapid epidemiological investigations, quarantine activities, and thorough preventive management projects to improve public health in the community, and will do our best in preventing and managing infectious diseases."
