◆ 김 당선자 "선거공고 전 일상 모임"…법정 공방 돌입

김은주 당선자는 강하게 반발했다. 김 당선자는 "문제의 식사는 선거공고 이전 청원구지회장 자격으로 열린 일상적 모임이었다"고 해명했다. 김 당선자는 "중앙선관위가 명확한 기준 없이 자의적 판단을 내렸다"고 주장하며 당선무효 결정 취소 소송과 지위보전 가처분을 제기했다.
