◆ 400명 참여한 전 계급 리더십 교육

충남소방본부는 18일 충청소방학교 대강당에서 소통·공감 리더십 교육을 개시했다. 교육은 18-19일 이틀간 진행되며 소방본부와 소방학교, 일선 소방서 소속 소방공무원 400명이 참가한다. 충남소방본부는 계급·세대 간 소통 역량 강화와 조직 협업문화 확산을 목표로 이번 교육을 기획했다.

교육은 신규자 교육부터 계급별 리더십 교육, 전 계급 통합 소통 교육까지 다층적으로 구성됐다. 세대·계급 간 인식 차이로 발생하는 소통 간극 해소에 주력하면서 상호 존중과 협업을 기반으로 한 조직문화 정착을 중점으로 뒀다. 전형식 정무부지사는 특별강연에서 공직자의 가치와 자세, 공직자가 나아가야 할 방향, 적극적 대국민 행정서비스를 주제로 강의했다.

◆ 현장 적용 가능한 실질적 소통 역량 강화

충남소방본부는 공직가치 실현, 소통·공감 대화법, 갈등관리 등 다양한 프로그램을 운영하며 현장에서 즉시 적용 가능한 소통·조정 역량 향상에 집중했다. 성호선 충남소방본부장은 "이 교육은 특정 계급만 대상으로 하지 않고 전 계급이 함께 참여해 서로의 역할을 이해하고 소통하는 데 의미가 있다"고 강조했다. 충남소방본부는 향후 신뢰와 공감을 바탕으로 한 건강한 소방조직문화 확산을 지속할 계획이다.

The Chungnam Fire Department designed this education to strengthen communication capabilities across ranks and generations while expanding collaborative organizational culture.

◆ Customized Training From Recruits Through Senior Ranks

The education program includes multi-layered components spanning recruit training, rank-specific leadership training, and integrated communication education for all ranks. The department prioritized narrowing communication gaps caused by generational and rank differences while establishing organizational culture based on mutual respect and collaboration. Vice Governor Jeon Hyung-sik delivered a special lecture addressing public servant values and attitudes, directions for civil servants, and proactive public administrative services.

◆ Strengthening Practical Communication Capabilities for Field Application

The Chungnam Fire Department operated diverse programs including public value realization, communication and empathy dialogue techniques, and conflict management to enhance communication and coordination capabilities applicable in the field. Fire Chief Sung Ho-sun emphasized that the education program targets all ranks rather than specific ranks, providing personnel the opportunity to understand respective roles and communicate effectively. The Chungnam Fire Department plans to continue expanding healthy fire service organizational culture based on trust and empathy.
