부여군(군수 박정현)은 12월 15일 여성문화회관에서 2026년 주요 업무 보고회를 개최했다.
이날 보고회는 부여군이 추진할 2026년 주요 업무 238건을 보고했다. 부여군은 6개 분야 238건 사업에 총사업비 2조 9,148억원을 투자할 예정이다.
◆2025년 주요 성과
부여군이 올해 달성한 주요 성과는 다음과 같다. 공공기관 종합 청렴도에서 3년 연속 1등급을 받았다. 2025년 지역활력타운 공모에 선정돼 268억원을 확보했다. 무량사 미륵불 괘불도가 국보로 승격됐다. 전 군민을 대상으로 인플루엔자 무료 예방접종을 실시했다. 충남에서 처음으로 학교 밖 청소년 전용공간 꿈드림을 개소했다. 동남부 농촌 재생 활성화 지역으로 농촌 협약 공모에 선정돼 375억원을 확보했다.
◆ 2026년 주요 사업
2026년 부여군의 주요 사업은 4가지 분야에 집중된다. 생활인구 확보 29건(3,019억원), 원도심 활성화 25건(1,349억원), 기후위기 극복 35건(1조 2,190억원), 주민편의 증진 41건(8,093억원)이다.
박정현 군수는 "2026년은 민선 8기에서 9기로 이어지는 전환의 시기"라고 말했다. 그는 "민선 8기부터 이어온 역점사업을 안정적으로 추진해 민선 9기로 연착륙할 수 있도록 노력해달라"고 당부했다.

The conference reported 238 major projects that Buyeo County will pursue in 2026. The county plans to invest a total project budget of 2.9148 trillion won across six sectors and 238 projects.
◆ 2025 Major Achievements
Buyeo County achieved the following major accomplishments this year. The county received the first grade in the Comprehensive Integrity Assessment of Public Institutions for three consecutive years. It was selected for the 2025 Regional Vitality Town project, securing 268 billion won. The Mireuk Buddha Hanging Scroll at Myeongwangsa Temple was elevated to National Treasure status. The county implemented free influenza vaccinations for all residents. It opened Dream Dream, the first exclusive space for out-of-school youth in South Chungcheong Province. The county was selected for the Rural Revitalization Activation Zone project, securing 375 billion won.
◆2026 Major Projects
Buyeo County's major projects for 2026 focus on four sectors. Population growth comprises 29 projects (301.9 billion won), downtown revitalization comprises 25 projects (134.9 billion won), climate crisis response comprises 35 projects (1.219 trillion won), and resident convenience improvement comprises 41 projects (809.3 billion won).
County Governor Park Jung-hyun said, "2026 marks a transition period from the eighth to ninth term of elected government." He added, "We request your effort to smoothly transition to the ninth term by steadily promoting key projects carried over from the eighth term."
