청주흥덕경찰서는 25년 12월 15일 오전 09시 30분 청주시 흥덕구 오송 서한이다음어린이집을 방문했다. 경찰서 직원들은 어린이집 원생 65명을 대상으로 찾아가는 교통안전교육을 진행했다.

이번 교육은 영유아의 발달 단계에 맞춰 구성했다. 교육팀은 로보카 폴리 애니메이션 영상을 상영했다. 신호등과 횡단보도 모형 매트를 활용해 실제 상황을 체험하게 했다. 이 같은 체험 중심 방식은 집중력이 짧은 영유아들이 교육 내용을 효과적으로 이해하도록 설계됐다.

청주흥덕경찰서 교통과장은 "지속적인 어린이 교통안전교육으로 관내 어린이 교통사고 발생을 줄이기 위해 노력하겠다"고 밝혔다.

Experiential Learning Program Enhances Safety Awareness for Young Children

The Cheongju Heungdeok Police Station visited Seohanidaeum Kindergarten in Oseong, Heungdeok-gu, Cheongju on December 15, 2025 at 9:30 a.m. Police officers conducted mobile traffic safety education for 65 kindergarten students.

The education program was designed according to the developmental stage of infants and young children. The education team screened Robocar Poli animation videos. Using traffic light and crosswalk mat models, students experienced real-world scenarios. This experiential learning approach was designed to help young children with short attention spans effectively understand the educational content.

The Chief of the Traffic Division at Cheongju Heungdeok Police Station stated: "We will continue making efforts to reduce child traffic accidents in our jurisdiction through ongoing traffic safety education for children."
