◆ 협의회 개최로 현장 의견 수렴

충청북도옥천교육지원청 교육장 박정애는 9일 옥천교육지원청에서 각급 학교 행정실장을 대상으로 하반기 행정실장 협의회를 개최했다. 협의회는 교육지원청과 학교 간 소통 강화, 교육 현장 의견 수렴, 교육 구성원 간 현안 논의를 통해 옥천 교육행정 발전을 도모하는 자리로 진행됐다.

◆ 복무기강부터 지역경제 활성화까지 8개 현안 논의

이번 협의회에서 참석자들은 복무기강 확립, 외부강의 신고요령, 학교회계 신속집행 및 효율적 재정관리, 중증장애인생산품 우선구매 등 공공구매 제도 이행, 지역경제 활성화를 위한 지역업체 제품 우선구매, 교육시설 유지관리, 각급 학교 건의사항 등을 중점 논의했다. 교육지원청은 학교 행정을 위해 적극 지원할 방침을 밝혔다.

◆ "교육지원청과 학교가 균형있는 발전 추구"

박정애 교육장은 "각급 학교 행정실장들의 노고에 감사드리며, 이번 협의회를 토대로 교육지원청과 학교가 함께 균형있는 발전을 할 수 있는 방안을 지속 모색하겠다"고 밝혔다.

◆ Meeting Held to Gather On-Site Opinions

Park Jung-ae, Director of Okcheon Office of Education in North Chungcheong Province, held a second-half administrative directors meeting with administrative directors from schools at the Okcheon Office of Education on the 9th. The meeting was conducted as an opportunity to strengthen communication between the education support office and schools, gather opinions from the educational field, and discuss current issues among education stakeholders to promote development of Okcheon educational administration.

◆ Eight Major Issues Discussed from Conduct Standards to Local Economic Revitalization

Participants at the meeting focused on eight key agenda items: establishment of conduct standards, procedures for reporting external lectures, rapid execution of school accounting and efficient financial management, implementation of public procurement systems including priority purchase of products from persons with severe disabilities, priority purchase of products from local businesses to revitalize the local economy, thorough maintenance of educational facilities, and requests and difficulties raised by each school. The education support office announced its policy to actively support school administration.

Director Park Jung-ae stated, "I extend my gratitude for the dedication of administrative directors at all schools, and based on this meeting, I will continue to seek ways for the education support office and schools to achieve balanced development together."
