◆ 충북경찰청 신상정보공개 결정
충북경찰청은 3일 살인·사체유기 혐의로 구속된 A(54)씨 신상정보공개 심의위원회를 열고 공개를 결정했다. 심의위원회는 피해 중대성과 범행 잔인성, 충분한 범행 증거, 범죄예방 등 공공 이익을 근거로 신상정보 공개가 필요하다고 판단했다. A씨는 심의위원회 결정에 '이의 없음' 의사를 밝혔다. 경찰은 4일 충북경찰청 홈페이지에 A씨 신상정보를 게시한다.
◆ 사이코패스 진단 결과 '성향 아님'
경찰은 A씨를 대상으로 사이코패스 진단검사(PCL-R)를 실시했다. 검사 결과 A씨는 사이코패스 성향이 아닌 것으로 나타났다. 검사 점수는 규정에 따라 비공개 처리됐다.
◆ 범행 경위 및 송치 예정
A씨는 지난 10월 14일 오후 충북 진천군 문백면 소재 주차장에서 전 여자친구 B(52)씨를 살해한 혐의를 받는다. A씨는 B씨의 스포츠유틸리티차량(SUV) 안에서 흉기로 B씨를 수차례 찔러 숨지게 했다. 이후 A씨는 B씨 시신을 충북 음성군 소재 거래처 폐수처리조에 유기한 혐의도 받는다. 경찰은 4일 A씨를 검찰에 송치할 방침이다.

A allegedly stabbed B multiple times with a weapon inside her SUV. A also faces charges of abandoning B's body in a wastewater treatment tank at a business in Eumseong-gun, Chungbuk Province. Police plan to refer A to prosecutors on December 4.
