충주시의회는 11월 28일 지역 현안 관련 15개 주요 사업장을 방문했다. 상임위원회별로 진행된 현장사무감사는 제299회 정례회 행정사무감사 기간에 실시됐다. 각 위원회는 현장에서 자료를 수집하고 문제점을 파악했다.

◆ 사업 진행 미비점 지적 및 개선 촉구

각 위원회는 사업 진행 미비점을 현장에서 지적했다. 위원회는 관계 부서에 즉각적인 보완과 제도 개선을 촉구했다. 경제·건설 분야와 생활 인프라 전반을 점검했다.

◆ 행정문화위원회 증인 출석 요구 후 3일 감사 종료

행정문화위원회는 12월 2일 지방자치법 제49조 및 충주시의회 행정사무감사 및 조사에 관한 조례에 따라 민간인 등에게 증인 출석을 요구했다. 고민서 위원장이 이끄는 행정문화위원회는 감사를 이어갔다. 충주시의회 행정사무감사는 12월 3일 결과보고서 작성으로 마무리된다.

◆ Standing Committees Inspect 15 Business Sites

Chungju City Council visited 15 major business sites related to local issues on November 28. The on-site administrative audit was conducted by each standing committee during the 299th Regular Session Administrative Audit period. Each committee collected data and identified problems on site.

◆ Committees Point Out Deficiencies and Demand Improvements

Each committee pointed out deficiencies in project progress on site. The committees urged relevant departments to make immediate corrections and institutional improvements. The inspections covered economic and construction sectors as well as overall living infrastructure.

◆ Administrative and Culture Committee Requests Witness Attendance, Audit Ends December 3

The Administrative and Culture Committee requested civilian witnesses to attend on December 2, in accordance with Article 49 of the Local Autonomy Act and the Chungju City Council Ordinance on Administrative Audits and Investigations. Chairman Ko Min-seo led the Administrative and Culture Committee in continuing the audit. The Chungju City Council Administrative Audit will conclude with the completion of the final report on December 3.
