◆ 3대 전략, 2030년까지 기업 50개 유치 추진

예산군과 충청남도는 기업주도형 산업 생태계, 공공성 기반 산업 인프라, 네트워크 기반 운영 체계를 3대 전략으로 설정했다. 비전은 '중부권 그린바이오 산업을 주도하는 내포 그린바이오 혁신벨트' 구축이다.

2030년까지 그린바이오 기업 50개 유치, 기업투자 1조원 달성, 수출 비중 30% 확대를 목표로 한다. 13개 시·군 스마트팜과 연계해 원료 공급체계를 갖추고, 충남 10대 전략품목 생산 기반을 마련할 계획이다.

◆ 벤처 500명 고용, 1000억원 펀드 조성

그린바이오 입주기업과 벤처캠퍼스 창업, 스마트팜 생산단지 운영을 통해 청년 신규 고용 500명 창출, 생산농가 10a당 매출 1억원 달성, 그린바이오 펀드 1000억원 조성을 추진한다. KAIST 그린바이오 연구소를 중심으로 기업·연구기관·대학 협력 체계를 강화하고 전문 인력 양성 프로그램을 운영해 산업 성장 기반을 확장한다.

예산군 관계자는 "이번 지정으로 그린바이오 산업 기업과 기관들의 관심을 유도할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다"며 "공모사업 시너지를 통해 산업 중심지로 도약하겠다"고 밝혔다.

◆ Creating 500 Youth Jobs, Raising 100 Billion Won Fund

Through green bio tenant companies, venture campus startups, and smart farm industrial complexes, the county will pursue 500 new youth jobs, achieve 100 million won sales per 10 acres for farming households, and establish a 100 billion won green bio fund. Centering on KAIST's Green Bio Research Institute, it will strengthen cooperation between companies, research institutions, and universities while operating professional workforce development programs to expand industry growth foundations.

A Yesan County official stated, "We expect this designation to attract attention from green bio companies and institutions," adding "we will strive to emerge as an industry hub through project synergies."
