아산시(시장 오세현)는 1일 아산터미널웨딩홀에서 '2025 아산시 행복키움사업 성과공유회'를 개최했다.
◆ 아산시행복키움추진단협의회(회장 우재원)가 주관한 이번 행사는 1년간 추진한 행복키움사업 성과를 공유하고 향후 발전 방향을 모색하기 위해 마련됐다.
민관협력으로 일군 복지 성과
행사는 아산시립합창단 식전공연으로 시작했다. 이어 행복키움사업 유공자 표창, 17개 읍면동 추진단 활동 영상 소개, 손피켓 퍼포먼스 등이 진행됐다. '행복키움 온(溫)빛 사진전'을 통해 각 읍면동 추진단의 활동 사진도 전시했다.

◆ 성과 공유에서는 위기가구 발굴·지원, 민관협력 우수사례, 지역자원 연계 성과를 공유했다. 촘촘한 복지안전망 구축, 생활 밀착형 복지서비스 확대, 지역 주민 참여 활성화가 주요 성과로 꼽혔다. 가야금연주단 '해봄' 미니콘서트 공연으로 추진단원들의 노고를 위로했다.
현장 중심 복지 정책 이어간다
오세현 시장은 "행복키움추진단은 이웃의 어려움을 가장 가까이에서 살피고 행정과 시민을 잇는 연결고리로 역할을 해왔다"고 말했다. 이어 "아산시는 내년에도 현장 중심, 문제 해결형 복지를 흔들림 없이 이어가겠다"고 덧붙였다.
◆ 아산시는 앞으로 시민이 체감하는 복지를 위해 현장의 목소리가 곧 정책이 될 수 있도록 행복키움추진단과의 소통을 강화할 계획이다.

Asan City (Mayor Oh Se-hyun) held the '2025 Asan City Happy Growth Project Performance Sharing Meeting' at Asan Terminal Wedding Hall on January 1st.
◆ Organized by the Asan City Happy Growth Project Promotion Council (Chairman Woo Jae-won), the event brought together stakeholders to share one year of project achievements and explore future development directions.
The event began with a pre-event performance by the Asan City Choir. Following this, the program included award presentations for contributors to the Happy Growth Project, video introductions of activities by promotion teams from 17 eup-myeon-dong divisions, and hand-held sign performances. The '온(溫)light Photo Exhibition' showcased photographs of activities conducted by each eup-myeon-dong promotion team.
Welfare Achievements Through Private-Public Cooperation
◆ The performance sharing session included discussions of crisis household identification and support, best cases of private-public cooperation, and outcomes of linking regional resources. Key achievements highlighted were establishment of comprehensive welfare safety nets, expansion of living-oriented welfare services, and activation of local resident participation. A mini-concert by gayageum performance group 'Hae-bom' recognized the dedication of promotion team members.
Continuing Field-Oriented Welfare Policies
Mayor Oh Se-hyun stated, "The Happy Growth Project Promotion Council has been closely monitoring the difficulties of neighbors and serving as a bridge connecting the administration and citizens." He added, "Asan City will continue unwavering implementation of field-oriented, problem-solving welfare services next year."
◆ Going forward, Asan City plans to strengthen communication with the Happy Growth Project Promotion Council so that voices from the field become policy, enabling residents to directly experience welfare benefits.
