'충남논산공공산후조리원 별빛' 개원식 사진
논산시가 총사업비 124억 원을 투입한 공공산후조리원을 개원했다. 충남 남부권 최초 공공산후조리원으로, 민간 시설의 절반 수준인 182만 원에 2주간 이용할 수 있다.
◆충남 남부권 최초 공공산후조리원 개원
논산시는 13일 '충남논산공공산후조리원 별빛' 개원식을 열었다. 백성현 논산시장, 박정주 충남도 행정부지사 등 내빈과 시민 400여 명이 참석했다. 시설은 19일부터 2주간 시범운영을 거쳐 12월부터 정식 운영에 들어간다.
논산시는 국비 3억 원, 도비 50억 원, 시비 71억 원 등 총 124억 원을 투입했다. 지상 3층, 연면적 2,285㎡ 규모로 건립했다. 민선8기 공약사업인 '충남 남부권 최초 공공산후조리원 건립'을 실현했다.
◆모자동실 15실·전문의 상주…안전시스템 갖춰
시설은 모자동실 15실을 갖췄다. 다둥이실 1실이 포함됐다. 신생아실, 수유실, 가족 카페 등을 운영한다. 공기살균·청정 시스템, 스마트 온습도 제어 장치를 설치했다.
산부인과 전문의와 소아청소년과 전문의가 의료서비스를 제공한다. 신생아 교차감염 예방을 위한 음압 설비를 갖췄다. 신생아실에는 카메라를 설치해 부모가 실시간으로 아기 상태를 확인할 수 있다.
◆이용 요금 182만원…저소득층 50% 감면
이용 요금은 2주 기준 182만 원이다. 민간 산후조리원의 절반 수준이다. 저소득층은 최대 50% 요금 감면을 받는다. 세 자녀 이상 출산 가정도 동일한 혜택을 받는다.
예약은 분만 예정 월의 2달 전부터 가능하다. 매달 첫째 주 월요일부터 목요일까지 평일 오후 2시부터 선착순으로 접수한다. 문의는 논산시보건소 모자보건팀(041-746-8061)으로 하면 된다.
백성현 논산시장은 "충남논산공공산후조리원 별빛은 새로운 생명을 축복하는 공간"이라고 말했다. 그는 "출생아가 늘어 현재 15실 규모로 충분하지 않게 된다면 시설 확충과 추가 투자를 아끼지 않겠다"고 밝혔다.

Nonsan City held the opening ceremony for 'Chungnam Nonsan Public Postpartum Care Center Byeolbit' on the 13th. Mayor Baek Seong-hyeon of Nonsan City, Administrative Vice Governor Park Jeong-ju of Chungnam Province, and approximately 400 citizens attended. The facility will undergo a two-week trial operation starting on the 19th before officially opening in December.
Nonsan City invested a total of 12.4 billion won, including 300 million won from the national government, 5 billion won from the provincial government, and 7.1 billion won from the city. The center was built with three floors above ground and a total floor area of 2,285㎡. The city realized its 8th elected term pledge to build the first public postpartum care center in southern Chungnam Province.

The facility has 15 mother-baby rooms. One room for multiple births is included. The center operates a newborn room, nursing room, and family cafe. Air sterilization and purification systems and smart temperature and humidity control devices were installed.
Obstetricians and pediatricians provide medical services. Negative pressure facilities were installed to prevent cross-infection among newborns. Cameras were installed in the newborn room so parents can check their baby's condition in real time.
◆Usage Fee 1.82 Million Won… 50% Discount for Low-Income Families
The usage fee is 1.82 million won for two weeks. This is half the cost of private postpartum care centers. Low-income families receive up to 50% fee reduction. Families with three or more children receive the same benefits.
Reservations are available two months before the expected delivery month. Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis from 2 PM on weekdays from Monday to Thursday of the first week of each month.
