논산시(시장 백성현) 13일 '충남논산공공산후조리원 별빛' 개원식 개최. 19일부터 2주간 시범운영 후 12월부터 정식 운영 시작. 개원식 참석자는 백성현 논산시장, 박정주 충남도 행정부지사, 시민 400여 명.
◆ 시설 규모 및 구성
논산시 지상 3층, 연면적 2,285㎡ 규모 공공산후조리원 조성. 총사업비 124억 원 투입(국비 3억 원, 도비 50억 원, 시비 71억 원). 모자동실 15실(다둥이실 1실 포함), 신생아실, 수유실, 가족 카페 등 보유. 산부인과·소아청소년과 전문의 배치해 의료서비스 제공. 신생아 교차감염 예방 음압 설비, 공기살균·청정 시스템, 스마트 온습도 제어 장치 구비. 신생아실 각 자리에 카메라 설치해 부모들 24시간 아기 확인 가능.

◆ 이용 요금 및 예약 방법
2주 기준 요금 182만 원으로 민간 산후조리원의 절반 수준. 저소득층과 세 자녀 이상 출산 가정은 최대 50% 요금 감면 혜택 제공. 예약은 분만 예정월 2달 전, 매달 첫째 주 월요일부터 목요일까지 평일 오후 2시부터 선착순 진행. 문의는 논산시보건소 모자보건팀(041-746-8061).

Nonsan City (Mayor Baek Seong-hyeon) held the opening ceremony for the 'Chungnam Nonsan Public Postpartum Care Center Byulbit' on November 13. The facility will undergo a two-week trial operation starting November 19, followed by full operation from December. The opening ceremony was attended by Mayor Baek Seong-hyeon, Chungcheongnam-do Administrative Vice Governor Park Jeong-ju, and approximately 400 citizens.
◆ Facility Scale and Composition
Nonsan City developed a three-story public postpartum care center with a total floor area of 2,285 square meters. Total project cost reached 12.4 billion won (national treasury 300 million won, provincial budget 5 billion won, municipal budget 7.1 billion won). The facility includes 15 mother-infant rooms (one room for multiples), a neonatal unit, lactation room, and family café. Obstetrics and pediatrics specialists provide medical services. The center features negative pressure ventilation to prevent cross-infection in newborns, air sterilization and purification systems, and smart temperature and humidity control devices. Each bed in the neonatal unit is equipped with a camera, enabling parents to monitor their babies 24/7.
◆ Usage Fees and Reservation Method
The fee for a two-week stay is 1.82 million won, approximately half the rate of private postpartum care facilities. Low-income families and those with three or more children receive up to 50% fee discounts.
