대전둔산소방서(서장 김준호)는 11월 13일 둔산소방서 대강당에서 생성형 AI를 소방행정과 현장 업무에 활용하는 방법을 주제로 특별강연을 개최했다.

◆ 120여 명 참석한 실습 중심 교육

소방공무원과 의용소방대원 등 120여 명이 참석한 이번 강연은 하반기 직장교육훈련 일환이다. 김동석 AI브랜딩연구소 소장이 강의를 진행했고, 대면 방식으로 실시해 참석자 간 소통 효과를 높였다.

◆ 생성형 AI 리터러시부터 콘텐츠 제작까지

교육 내용은 네 가지 영역으로 구성됐다. 생성형 AI 리터러시 및 행정업무 활용, 맞춤형 프롬프트 엔지니어링을 통한 업무 자동화, AI 기반 행정 현안 해결을 위한 기획과 실행 역량 강화, AI를 활용한 고품질 멀티미디어 콘텐츠 제작과 커뮤니케이션 향상 등이다.

◆ "디지털 역량 강화, 소방행정 경쟁력이다"

김준호 소방서장은 "이번 교육은 변화하는 행정환경에 능동적으로 대응하기 위한 중요한 자리였다"며 "생성형 AI를 소방행정의 전략적 파트너로 활용할 수 있도록 디지털 역량을 지속적으로 강화하겠다"고 밝혔다.

Daejeon Dunsan Fire Station (Director Kim Jun-ho) hosted a special lecture on November 13 at the fire station's main auditorium on how to apply generative AI to fire administration and field operations.

◆ Hands-on Training with 120 Participants

The lecture, attended by some 120 firefighters and volunteer fire department members, took place as part of the second-half workplace education and training program. Kim Dong-seok, Director of the AI Branding Research Institute, delivered the lecture in in-person format, enhancing communication and interaction among participants.

◆ From Generative AI Literacy to Content Creation

The educational curriculum covered four main areas: generative AI literacy and administrative application methods, customized prompt engineering for work automation, AI-based planning and implementation competency for administrative issue resolution, and enhanced multimedia content production and communication skills using AI tools.

Director Kim Jun-ho stated: "This training was an important opportunity to respond proactively to changing administrative environments," adding "We will continue to strengthen digital capabilities so that generative AI can be leveraged as a strategic partner in fire administration."
