송인헌 충북 괴산군수는 13일 국회를 방문해 한병도 예결위원장, 이재관 의원, 박형수 의원을 만났다. 송 군수는 괴산군의 미래 성장 기반 마련과 군민 삶의 질 향상을 위한 6개 핵심사업에 대해 설명했다. 송 군수는 국회의원들에게 국가 예산 편성 시 이들 사업의 국비 증액을 협조해 달라고 요청했다.

괴산군이 제시한 주요사업은 괴산육군학생군사학교 체력단련장 조성(300억 원), 불정목도지구 도시침수예방(266.4억 원), 광진지구 농촌용수개발(113억 원), 산촌활성화지원센터 관리(50억 원), 자원순환센터 매립시설 3단계 1단 증설(25.3억 원), 주진N2지구 급경사지 붕괴위험지역 정비(6억 원) 등이다. 총사업비는 760.7억 원에 이른다. 이들 사업은 노후 시설 개선과 지역 환경 변화 대응을 목표로 한다.
◆ 정부·국회와 연계 추진
괴산군은 기획재정부, 국방부 등 중앙부처를 방문해 예산 반영 필요성을 강조해 왔다. 송인헌 군수는 "충청북도, 국회의원, 중앙부처와의 협조 체계를 유지해 국비 확보에 최선을 다하겠다"고 말했다.

The major projects submitted by Goesan County include fitness facility construction at Goesan Army Cadet School (3 billion won), Buljeongmokdo District urban flood prevention (2.664 billion won), Gwangjin District rural water development (1.13 billion won), Rural Revitalization Support Center management (500 million won), Resource Circulation Center landfill facility Phase 3 Stage 1 expansion (253 million won), and Jujin N2 District steep slope collapse risk area remediation (60 million won). The total project cost reaches 7.607 billion won. These projects aim to improve aging facilities and respond to regional environmental changes.
Coordinated Implementation with Government and National Assembly
Goesan County has visited central government agencies including the Ministry of Strategy and Finance and Ministry of Defense to emphasize the necessity of budget allocation. Governor Song In-heon stated, "Maintaining a cooperative system with North Chungcheong Province, lawmakers, and central government agencies, we will do our best to secure national budget funding."
