◆ 배연구회원 200명 대상 교육 실시
아산시(시장 오세현)는 7일 아산배연구회원 200여 명을 대상으로 '2025년 아산배연구회 2차 과제교육'을 실시했다.
교육은 배 수확을 마친 농가들이 동절기 과원관리를 철저히 할 수 있도록 돕고, 과수화상병 예방에 대한 경각심을 높이기 위해 마련됐다. 교육은 '수확 후 동절기 과원관리 요령'과 '과수화상병 예방'을 주제로 진행됐으며, 수확 이후 가지 전정, 병해충 방제, 시비 및 토양 관리 등 실질적인 관리 방법을 다뤘다.
◆ 겨울철 병해충 방제·화상병 예방 중점
아산시는 겨울철 병해충 월동 방제와 과수화상병 예방을 위한 예찰 및 신고 절차에 대해 중점적으로 안내했다.
이미용 아산시 농업기술과장은 "배 수확 후 과원의 관리 상태가 다음 해 생육과 품질에 직접적인 영향을 미친다"며 "특히 화상병은 조기 발견과 철저한 예방이 가장 중요한 만큼, 농가들이 경각심을 가지고 관리에 힘써야 한다"고 강조했다.
◆ 아산 배 산업 경쟁력 강화 기여
아산배연구회는 지역 배 재배 농가들이 기술력 향상과 정보 공유를 위해 운영되고 있다. 연구회는 연중 과제교육과 현장 상담(컨설팅) 등을 통해 아산 배 산업의 경쟁력 강화에 기여하고 있다.
